Request Help

All requests must be made by a validator, a third-party speaking on behalf of the person in need. A validator must be a professional in the community that can determine the need is valid such as a guidance counselor, social worker, school nurse, teacher, or clergy. The person in need, family or vendor being paid cannot submit the request. So that we may reach out to as many people as possible, we only fulfill one time requests. Unfortunately we are not a long-term solution.

• All requests are anonymous
• All money is paid directly to the vendor
• $500 limit on a request
• KW Trusts that the validator will  submit only one request per family/per year
• Please complete entire form so that we can process the request quickly.
• We are a last resort resource- to fill in where other agencies may not provide assistance.
